Wheelock (Lucy) is born in Cambridge.

Lucky Wheelock graduates from Elizabeth Palmer Peabody’s Kindergarten Training School, and begins to train teachers at the Chauncy Hall School in 1875. She founds her own school in 1888.* Wheelock dies in Boston on October 2, 1946.
